Wathed first ep of Stargate Universe and the first two episodes of Bones:

Stargate Universe and Sanctuary renewed for new seasons. It was to be expected I guess. I'm happy for Santuary coz it's an awsome show with huge potential and yey for Amanda and her crew... as for Universe, I don't know. So far I'm not impressed. *shrug*

And come oooon MGM... let's start those SG-1 and Atlantis movies.

I finally watched the last episode of Stargate Universe. I know, I'm way behind, but sadly had no time till now. I didn't really like this ep much (just to warn you that the text under the cut isn't really a lovefest)... not like I loved 1x08 Time. IMO that was the best SGU ep so far.

For all of you feeling mad over the whole "younger demographic" thing TPTB are going after with Universe; amireal has an interesting idea and I'm spreading the word.

Well... it didn't take them a lot of time, that's for sure. It kinda make you wonder if they cancelled atlantis just so Universe could get started. Brad Wright himself said that the cancellation was a mutual decision between him, NBC and SciFi, so obviously he didn't fight very hard to keep team!Atlantis on the small screens. No more Atlantis... no more weekly doses of McKay and Sheppard snapping at each other, and most imporantly, no more Lorne! *clings*

The news isn't that surprising... but still. :( Mallozzi said something in the sense that it's just too expensive to renew; even though the ratings are very high.
